Get it! Unless your doctor tells you not to. The patients I care for in the emergency room that have covid pneumonia are almost always unvacvinated. The vaccine does a pretty good job of making sure that if you get covid, you will not be terribly ill. Protection. At a very small price.

Same here until my PCP, my RA, my Hematologist, and an Oncologist at Moffitt Cancer Center who specializes in NHL all said to get the vaccine. The oncologist vaccinate almost all f hr cancer patients. Only a few could not get it.

I was hesitant to get the Covid vaccine also - I really did not want to go into a flare! In the end, I figured I was more concerned about dying from covid, so got both Moderna shots and also just got the booster. I had a very slight flare after the 1st shot - just a little swelling in my hands and more tired than usual. Had no reaction at all to the 2nd shot or the booster. I'm really glad I got vaccinated, as it makes me feel more comfortable going places - although I still wear a mask also.

I have had 2 shots, the booster, and a flu shot. My RA doctor highly recommended it. I take Xeljanz XR. So I need to be especially careful about not getting Covid. Please get the vaccines and save yourself a lot of worries. Be safe. Be careful. Wear your 😷.
