Has anyone noticed that they've been getting acid reflux frequently years post diagnosis and trying various treatments? I'm on enbrel and it's worsening. If so, any advice for the longterm?
I cut out oily, spicy food, and caffeine. I was told it's okay to pop the Tums/Rolaids as much as you want. I usually take 3 at a time. 😊. Talk to you doctor. The worse times for me is at night, so I started taking Nexium before bed. It also helps to sleep with your head elevated and/or on your left side, that way the acid doesn't go up the esophagus.
I take prescription Teva-Pantoprazole 40 mg one pill twice a day has helped my stomavh for years.
It contains magnesium.
