Thank you! I already have dry eyes and mouth so if I get that side effect that could be a real problem. Fingers crossed I don’t. Yes I gathered it was cheaper than Enbrel. Fingers crossed that I get some improvement

Everyone can have different reaction to any drug. I was diagnosed with RA in 2000 and following a cocktail of drugs was offered the biologic Humira. Totally asymptomatic ever since until last year . It stopped being effective in March this year and on 7 June I was put on Benepali which is a bio similar to Enbrel which is the brother drug of Humira. ( it’s cheaper!). Not the same effect so far and now my salivary glands have stopped working so there is difficulty in swallowing. On the other hand I’ve got less pain.

Benepali may work for others but I’d prefer the real biologic. Enbrel.
