Does Anyone Else Get A Lot If Pain In The Back Of Your Hands Like Tendonitis?
Yes, and stiffness, usually mornings and evenings. Sometimes i mix a few drops of rosemary oil with some olive oil and massage into my hands, gives a little short term relief. As i take ibrufen tablets, i don't like to use gel aswell just incase.
My worst pain is the joint where the thumb joins the hand. I cannot imagine pain along the whole back of hand!

Yes I get pain in the back of my hand and also my thumb and finger joints . I wear hand splints when they are at their worst.
