Members described RA foot pain as burning sensations, sharp stabbing or needle-like pain in the toes, feeling like walking on hot coals or sharp stones, and experiencing swelling with toes that curl or slant inward. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them, including wearing Skechers for comfort, using topical treatments like Voltaren gel, menthol lotion, or capsaicin cream, and taking gabapentin for nerve pain (though many noted it can cause drowsiness). A recurring theme was the difficulty of distinguishing RA pain from other conditions like neuropathy or stroke effects, and the deep relief of finding a community that truly understands the daily unpredictability and isolation of living with chronic pain.

That’s what I wear also is sketchers. Especially with my ankle that I broke, I wore them before and still wear them now even more.

I wear skechers. I just bought a pair of Go Walk skechers. They are the only brand I like.

Boy, we do suffer don't we? I can remember running around bare foot for most of the summers, not anmore. The feet are just one source of pain. I am glad we all have each other to understand because the unaffected do not understand at all. Love and hugs to everyone
