Does the heat and or sun affect RA? Or can the combination with a biological cause problems, such as remecade.

One of the things we know for sure with medications like Remicade - this group of medication affects your immune system. Remicade, like all the others, can lower the ability of your immune system to fight infections which will have an effect on everything in your life. 🥴

Ι m on cimzia and the doc told me to be carefull with sun exposure: sunscream, long, and loose clothes. But I leave in a very sunny place, tomorrow it will be 37C (98.6F). And I went to the sea many times, no problem yet...

I havent thought about how heat or cold can affect RA...i will be paying more attention to that...but i think my pain doesnt get any better with either way

I'm on Arava & Humira and can't seem to regulate my body temperature anymore. I am either freezing cold or so hot I am sweating. Hope this helps!
