I can only imagine how you feel with your headaches.
Having been on 25 mL injectable of methotrexate once a week for 40 years, some things I have learned:
Celebrex is simply a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug.
As with all our chronic disease treatments, WE are ALL different and respond differently. Methotrexate has been widely used for decades.
You do not want to take methotrexate with NSAIDs:
Advil
Aleve
Motrin
Ibuprofen
Naprosyn
Nuprin
You can take Tylenol if needed.
Before you do anything, no surprise here, make sure your healthcare provider is aware what you are taking with methotrexate! Methotrexate can be hard on your liver and we certainly don’t want additional drugs that compound that one!🥴

When I first started taking methotrexate I had a headache for several days. My doctor prescribed 3mg of folic acid per day. This requires a prescription, no more headaches!

If you keep having headache with that medicine ask for something else

I was OK with Methotrexate after the 4th dose. I found drinking lots of water helps the body and its side effects.
