Whole Food Plant-Based SOS Free Diet

Are any of you following a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet Free of added Salt, Sugar, and Oil? There are a lot of lifestyle medicine doctors and doctors specializing in nutrition who promote this way of eating for optimal health and to reverse and prevent many chronic diseases. I follow the Nutritarian lifestyle recommended by Dr Joel Fuhrman since Jan 2019 and have lost over 50lbs and reduced my med doses in half.

Yes I try to eat plant based foods but enjoy salmon..turkey..chicken but no red meat. No BBQ.
