I’ve never heard of the Vectra Score before. It must be a new test to measure disease activity. Here is some more info about it:

I have taken everything that there is to take. So I would go back to dr and have them retest and ask more questions. If I didn’t feel good about the answer I got I would get a second or third opinion. It never hurts dear. I have had to do that many times to find out the truth.

I am currently on methotrexate however it is not doing much good. I see my rheumatologist later this month

Thanks Sharon. I just heard from the Rheumatologist and he says it may be elevated because I had Covid recently. I'm hoping that's the case because that means it's temporary.
