I’ve been taking hydroxychloroquin for almost 1 year. I’ve also have been dealing with acid reflux. My doctor prescribed medication to get rid of the yeast infection but It didn’t work. Any ideas on how to get rid of a yeast infection in the esophagus?

Thanks! I will ask the doctor about it. I do take a probiotic every day.

You’re welcome. In the meantime consider a nice serving of yogurt every day ( one with live cultures) and adding apple cider vinegar to your tea, water or juice as it kills bacteria.

Do you take a probiotic? Do you like yogurt? Even fermented pickles and apple cider vinegar. A probiotic and yogurt should definitely help though. Yeast anywhere is a nuisance. Oh another thing. Has your doc written a prescription for oral fluconazole? If not, ask for it.
