Have you ever had any joints making really loud cracking noises and how young were you when you first noticed it?

I was a track and field long distance runner throughout my highschool and college years, ran 5 miles a day. My knees have cracked since I was twelve, I was diagnosed with scoliosis (cork screw spine) at 35, RA at 42. I attended sports therapy for 6 years to avoid back surgery. My knees still crack but are the least of my worries, they stated it was part of a domino affect. I walk now, running is out of the question. I'll be 64 this year. I wish everyone good health, stay safe.
