My feet and ankles are so painful I’m finding it difficult to walk. The pain is so intense and the swelling isn’t going down 😖
I did until I was put on Orencia infusions. When they were tormenting me, I was like you just couldn't stand being on my feet to walk, nor could stand my bedding. I had to put a fold up table under my covers to lift them off of my feet. The legs of the table slipped under the bed, worked great! Then I fonned thick socks to keep my feet warm.
What really helped with the pain was soaking my feet andd ankles in Epson Salt water, as hot as I could stand, really worked wonders for me! It also helpd to use a scented Epson Salt solution, it is soothing to our rattled nerves, calming. Try it just mightt be the ticket for you.
