Hi Jean heat pads are my go to after I take a fast release Tylenol. I take an Arthritis Strength morning and evening. But if I need to I take the fast relief Tylenol that works quickly. Nights I can’t sleep for the pain is the worst. Heat is always a relief. 🤗❤️

Honestly I've taken every pain killer and muscle relaxer there is! 800 ibuprofen every 6-8 hrs and motrin pm at night in between are hands down the best. I've been addicted to pain killers, taken hard core muscle relaxers, everything. Pain killers lose their potency until you keep taking more and can't stop. Vicious cycle! I recently had spine fusion. Had oxycodone but ibuprofen took away the pain. It was hard core pain too. I take tizanadine muscle relaxers before bed sometimes. Half of a 4 mg. I have a high tolerance and I have to work my way up to a full tablet because they're strong. Not addictive and helps me sleep! Good luck!!
