Stephanie 2127 1 worked for a doctor Who practiced complimentary and alternative medicine. He would occassionally suggest glutathione and did for me. Mostly to replace the glutathione that isbeing depIeted in our bodies from ve medications we Take I did take it for about 18 months other thor correcting the depletion I felt no different. He stopped it whenthe biologic I was on stopped being of benefit and When we tried Actemira the retuxin I reacted to them

Stephanie2127 Calcium with Vitamin D and Boron is the best absorbed. Both work as a catalyst to enhance the calcium absorption. The best calcium is calcium citrate.

No I just take K2 with MK4 and Bone Up and Strontium and vitamin A and omegas. Also probiotics and digestive enzymes.

Yes I take it. Not sure I notice a difference but I still take it 🤗. Magnesium malate really made a difference for me. On bad days I take 1200 mgs
