I have to inject myself with methotrexate weekly 12.5mg but on my injection day don't take folic acid, but now I'm about to start with Secukinumab injections, but due to covid haven't been able to see my specialist to have the instruction explained to me. TIA

Typically folic acid is prescribed to help offset tiredness from some of the meds we take. Looking at the information page for Secukinumab, it states there is no report of interaction problems with the two. However, it does state that you should always check with your health care professional. Since your specialist is unavailable, perhaps you could call the Pharmacy/Pharmacist that filled your prescription.
I hope this helps.
