Just got my cbd oil 200 mg and cbd salve...first time last night i used a dropper full and was able to get 4 hours uninterrupted sleep in a long time....will cont to post any benefits i find...would also love to hear from others on this

I just have had pain for years since a car accident in 2010 and as soon as cbd was available started using it. Lotion, oil, gummies and tincture all do different things to assist with pain. You just have to find what you prefer and what helps most.
