Medication/Injection tracker?

Anyone know of a good app to track injection sites and history?

I remember by the cap on the vial, but our vials are only 2 mls
So cap on is right side ,cap off is left side

I don't have an app. However, I write it on the calendar, L or R so I know which side to inject. Good luck on your quest.

Good question! I have not found anything for injection site but I like an app called Pain Scale to track my pain. Hope you get an answer.
