Am 6 weeks into taking this drug I have such joint pain and hand wrist swelling any body else had experience of this drug

Certain foods will make me swell....mainly sugar and salt
Even on xeljanz I occasionally have wrist and hand swelling.usually just comes on quick. I’m thinking sodium brings mine on . I found absolutely can’t eat egg drop soup loaded with sodium and my hands swell within an hour .

Xeljanz is a JAK 2 inhibitor
Thats what I was on previously
Started simponi anti tnf inhibitors
Xeljanz
Now cosentyx IL-17A inhibitor
Purpose of all is the same...reduce inflammation and progression of disease...just different chemicals pathways to prevent same
