See a rheumatologist!

Im really not sure. You would think with a diagnosed chronic PAIN disease they would. I could go on for days about how aggravating it is but i wont lol. I cant take nsaids bc of my stomach issues and cant take steroids bc i have a bad reaction. So im just told to deal with it :p

i usually just take the predisolone i'm on and increase the dose if I need to. otherwise I use ibuprofen/paracetamol , deep heat and hot baths
