Im really not sure. You would think with a diagnosed chronic PAIN disease they would. I could go on for days about how aggravating it is but i wont lol. I cant take nsaids bc of my stomach issues and cant take steroids bc i have a bad reaction. So im just told to deal with it :p

i usually just take the predisolone i'm on and increase the dose if I need to. otherwise I use ibuprofen/paracetamol , deep heat and hot baths

When I was seeing a rheumatologist, it took some convincing for him to give me tramadol. I didn't want anything stronger than that. Now that I don't see him, all I take is tylenol arthritis. I have some tylenol 3 left over from wrist surgery I can take if I want. But being mr mom now, I just take the tylenol arthritis and after the kids go to bed, I end my night with a Jack & Coke. Dulls down the pain enough to sleep
