I've not had high calcium in my blood tests try reducing your milk and cheese intake you don't take calcium tablets or multi vitamins do you. Have they tested your thyroid or parathyroid they can cause high calcium levels hope this helps stay safe and well
Kindest regards Pat xxxx

Please be careful with that. My sister had high calcium levels and drs said don’t worry about it. After couple years and feeling awful finally got drs to do a scan and she had parathyroid tumors and got them removed but you need a highly trained specialist for this but after all it was too late and It affected her heart and she died. So please be carful. 🤗
