Yes! It’s my grandmother’s headache pain reliever. Also, I truly believe that many of my headaches and some of my body pain comes as a result of being dehydrated and/or having a too acid system and baking soda will correct that quickly. I usually start with just a glass of water, then the second glass with baking soda.
Folks with hypertension need to be cautious though as it is “sodium” bicarbonate.
