What do you take when meds stop working? I have tried Humira, Enbrel, Xeljanz, and then went to Arava, but had an allergic reaction to it. What works for you??

I am on Simponi , Plaquenil and Leflunomide. Seems to be working except I still have flares. They can’t find any to work on my arthritis. Tried mobic and Celebrex and I’m still in pain. I had a reaction to feldine.

Enbrel has taken me from a rheumatoid factor of over 600 down to where I’ve been in clinical remission for two years, with normal or almost normal blood tests. By mind is full of fear of losing my job because without good insurance Enbrel is impossibly expensive.

Hi Pam, Do you mind me asking you if you have been on Simponi?
Thanks!

I've been on so many bioligics without success too!

I finally went on Acthar and it is changing my life...finally after 10 yes of trying so many other medications!

I'm also on Methotrexate. Talk to your dr & see what he says about it. I'm also receiving this medication through Acthar's Patient Assistance Program!

Good luck and I pray you feel better soon! This disease has been brutal but we cannot give up hope!!

Warm Hugs!
Pam
