Does anyone know if being lactose intolerant can cause an RA flare? I have been feeling pretty good the last week but today my neck, shoulders and hips hurt really bad. My hands and feet are also swollen and my stomach is bloated. The only thing I could think that I’ve done differently the last few days is drinking milk.

She should be answering phone calls leave her a message and I am sure she will call you back. I am allergic to milk and all milk products like cheese, sour cream cream cheese plus flour, wheat and soy I stopped eating it 4 months ago and my inflammation is way down no prednisone no painkillers. I had no problem giving them up because I was tired of hurting good luck to you and God bless you
