Hi! I used to live in Frederick 20 years ago and was diagnosed with Palendromic Rheumatism by a Rheumatologist in Longmont. He explained it like a palendrom (a word read the same forward and backward like radar or kayak) is a word that’s essentially coming and going, this arthritis comes and goes too. He said for most people it eventually turns into full rheumatoid arthritis, which I did and have had ever since.
You know I slept really well last night..still achy and my foot is like a balloon lol but I feel better than I did yesterday lol 😆 maybe more mental but it’s feels nice! @A myRAteam Member

I did in December with this new rheumy and it’s still both normal.
My RF and anti ccp have been negative all my life and I have JRA. 🙁
