It gets extremely hot where I live. Usually 105-ish through out the summer months. The heat is a nightmare for me and I can only go out in it for about five minutes or so. It is cold and runs around the mid 50's high in winter most of the time. The lows here can be in the 30's I have to take very good care to dress well for these occasion's. I have had marked challenges from the weather changes. I have to prepare for it. Check the weather forecast & then route myself in to the high or low of it. Sending good wishes.

I’ve the start of ra in my spine and this cause pain in my shoulder and arm have spent a fortune on physio and it helped but I the doctor keep tell me it is trapped nerve any advice please
I hate the cold it always makes me more stiff, so in the winter I avoid being cold for long periods of times.
