I have been completely dairy free for past 18months . Only eat organic chicken and fish. Definitely beneficial as regards pain and stiffness

Try to start day with a cucumber and celery smoothie as my pain and stiffness seems much more manageable

I’ve been vegan/plant based for 2 years now after I was diagnosed with RA. I’m in full remission and soon will be off methotrexate. I went from injecting 25 mg down to 15 mg pills. I will never go back to eating meat or dairy again.
