Side effects take a while to decrease. Give them a full month to see if the meds help. I’d you have no progress after that talk to your doctor.

Make sure that you can compare the amount of RA activity in your bloodwork before and another 90 days or so after using methotrexate to see if it's helping, checking with your Doctor

What do you mean RA activity? Is that thru your lab work?
