On Methotrexate for 20 yrs. Started with 2.5mg gradual over years to 20 mg. (1x wk)
I’ve had gradual decline of smell/taste. I can’t loose weight as I get a little taste in a bite about 2 x week so keep eating in hopes of another. Anyone else have this????

I have also been taken off Methotrexate for 7 mos and it hasn’t returned ! Not sure why ,really ! ⛄️💤💤💕
I am not on prednisone. Dr.’s just shrug their shoulders over the loss of taste. Even ENT sent me for CT sinus & was normal so advised retraining of brain! Have not done that.
Yes, big time ! Wish I wasn’t as my skin is very thin and bruises easily !
Are you on prednisone? That cause weight gain and I have no sense of smell and hardly sence of taste....I myself think it's due to all the RA meds I take
What dose were you on? What do you take now?
I see you’re in a flair, I was to. Just before Christmas I had a cortisone inj to shoulder but it helped my flare as well. That was a nice present 🎁. Maybe a small amount could help you?
