have developed bitter taste in mouth for the past month,i take enbrel injections,i stopped taking methotrexate tablets 2 months ago

My dentist suggested mouth rinse for dry mouth. I picked up a generic dry mouth rinse from Walmart which really helped

I have the bitter taste, as well as dry mouth. I can't seem to brush or gargle enough. Any suggestions?
