I suffer from constant neck and shoulder pain as well as fatigue. The Chronic meds don't help that much. What do you suggest?

Members shared warm support and practical strategies for managing constant neck and shoulder pain, with many finding relief through physical therapy, heat treatments like rice socks or heating pads, and alternating between hot and cold therapy. Several members recommended CBD salves and oils for muscle relaxation, cortisone injections for temporary flare-up relief, and soaking in a warm tub, with one member crediting eight physical therapy sessions for six years of sustained pain relief. A recurring theme was finding what works best for your own body, whether heat or cold, and not hesitating to seek professional help when home remedies aren't enough.

I switch from heat pads to ice packs, back & forth. When I was first diagnosed with RA ice packs were the only thing that helped me. Heat then made it worse. I like both now.

Some people like cold stuff and I feel better with the heat have a rice sock I put in the microwave and wrap around my neck there is a heating pad and you might even try a tens unit and see if that helps. I finally after a year of mine killing me had the doctor send me to physical therapy went eight times and have not had a minutes trouble with it since and that is going on six years. they said the Fibromyalgia started mine and it stayed in the trap.
