Cortisteroid Injection Joint Destruction And Bone Loss
With the news just came out about Cortisteroid injections and the harm that they can cause to joint destruction and bone loss and as a person who has suffered these complications.
I am wondering if it might be worthwhile putting together a class action suit?!?
My first RA doctor also injected me 3 times on my left hand and now it's bone to bone. I truly believe it had to do with the cortisone shots that made it worse. Instead of helping me she made it worse. My 2nd dr said he wouldn't have done that and won't be giving me any shots. I agree with a class action suit.
Judge Judy here l come oh crap from Canada we dont sue (cant sue).
My wife who by coincidence is named Sue has had many shoulder injections and her shoulders are now hooped wonder if it could be.Dawned if you do and damned if you dont.
When I received my injections I was not told of the harmful side effects nor did I sign any paperwork.
My first RA dr also gave me cortisone injection in my hand as well. Flares up alot.
Yes, I agree. My first RA doctor injected me at least 3 times on my left hand and now it's bone on bone with extreme pain. My new RA doctor said he wouldn't do that and it shouldn't have been handled that way. I hate my first RA dr did that because now I'm in worse pain and having to use a brace and going to occupational physical therapy. Guessing she did that to milk Medicare.
