I had the same symptom with methotrexate the dizziness and feeling as if I was going to faint if I stood. I only took 4 doses of the drug because I have had so many Falls and injuries that required surgical intervention therefore I chose to discontinue the methotrexate. I had tried Methotrexate on two different occasions with two different rheumatologist and had the same side effects. With Plaquenil and sulfasalazine I had oral ulcers resulting in not being able to eat or drink without severe pain in my mouth so I stopped those as well. We are all individual in re actions to medications and our doctors are probably the best resource for any symptoms that we have that are concerning.

Lowered my blood pressure too. Felt dizzy and faint. I guess I was lucky though because previously to being diagnosed with RA I had high blood pressure. Stopped blood pressure tablets now. Have no more problems and BP is fine.

No hes just my GP. Not my rhematologist. And im just on oral methotrexate only

It was actually at the dr office (my adderall dr) the nurse said it was low and then he didnt mention anything but i started feeling funny he kind of brushed if off and i had my husband come pick me up because i didnt feel right about driving. I am not sure if its still low i dont have one at home but i still feel about the same but this is always how i feel the day after i take the meds i dont think i would be dehydrated bc i was pumped full of sodium iv saturday night even when they said i wasnt dehydrated (had like three ketones in urine)
