I am thinking about getting a paraffin wax warmer for my hands. Do they help and is there a certain brand that is better?

I’m happy to find this site, struggling with RA diagnosis for two months.
I haven’t tried the was but I did buy the massage stones and a single hot plate for heating them. It is so wonderful to put stones In my hands while sitting, or rubbing them on my feet. I’m happy to think of it because I am a bit worried about winter coming and how cold will affect me. They are cheap and simple to keep, the small stones are nice between the toes or fingers!
Also, I love essential oils and find eucalyptus, peppermint, to be soothing and lift my spirits. I rub them on and also use a diffuser. Any little thing that can possibly get me thru the bad times
Thank you all for sharing. We need all the help we can get!

I’ve had one for years, while it feels good as you are doing it I’m afraid that bliss leaves quickly. It is large and you must keep the wax hot, so it must remain on your counter. To be honest it is a lot of work and the benefits are not long lasting. If your Salon offers that service I think you should take advantage of it but to keep in your home it is not great.
