I recently got cortisone shots in my hips. Helped so much. But rheumy said she couldn't inject my shoulder. Huh? Anyone else have this experience?

One vial of cortisone split between two shoulders was how they did it for me. I can't remember as they stopped as they were not providing me relief, need to have surgery which I am dreading. But they still continue to split a vial for my SI joints.

I had both shoulders done. One about two year ago and the other last year. So far so good.
