I used to feal same about doctors and meds but as desease got worse @ worse i got desperate. So i agree with Sam.Try keeping that ankle elevated.Wish you and ALL a better day.

Compression socks. Wear them during the day and elevate leg at night. They are a life saver.

Sadly it’s one of my weak areas as well. I have ultr sound injections when it gets bad. Otherwise I am on Neproxin and heat or cold patches.
