|ve spent ££££ trying to get one to be comfortable for me my left foot is ok But because my right foot was left inclined after an operation and fusion on ankle and I have to walk on my heel as my foot is up in the air and will not touch floor so cannot walk far at all without it now affecting my left hip. Pedifix gel formed toe separators and socks at night and in your shoes help keep your toes aligned. Wear a larger shoe with a wide toe box so you never are crowded or rubbing anything. I wonder if you had any physical therapy or massage for your feet to keep your tendons from shortening? What about RX compounded anti-inflammatory/pain cream?
Saucony mesh sneakers are my favorite shoe. Sometimes i buy men styles but their sizes are listed smaller than womens. Berkenstock sandals bc the sole is wide and solid to provide the best support for week ankles. They are adjustable and for wide feet. Neoprene sport braces are comfy too.
I wear black sneakers for dress shoes and don't let painful fashion ideas bother me. I look hot in my silk blouse and lumberjack style. Those divas don't have my issues. If anyone wants to fight me- I'll leave tread marks on their back as I hobble away. Own it sistas!
Painful feet suck, i can relate. Only shoes that work for me is Sketchers and ORTHOFEET, ORTHOFEET has big sizes, up to size 13, and they have EXTRA WIDE SHOES. MY FAVORITE REALLY even if they cost more
I use a soft medical silicone tape...light greenish blue, thickness of cellophane wrap...around the toes that are hammertoes or overlap, to reduce the rubbing against other toes and socks. One wrapping lasts about a week. Really helps to avoid friction.
Where do you get those toe separators brand? I wear a big toe box and half size larger .:My left foot is worse. In cold weather I double sock the right foot to make that shoe fit.
My left toes are completely leaning to the right and are so squeezed together it is impossible to walk without pain. I have nodules at the bottom of each toe so even more friction. My toes bleed when I walk. I use round rubber tubes but they slip and hurt even more. The toes are rubbed raw where they come together. Any ideas?? I appreciate any advice
