P.S. I wear "Ahh" bras by Rhonda Shear on HSN (Home Shopping Network). So much better than hook and eyes, etc.! Starting wearing after fibro dx'd 10 years ago. Worth a try.

I am only on a very small dose because I had a lot of weight gain from it... UGH! I think most start at 30 and work up to 60 (but, some go higher)- not me- still not able to lose the 40 pounds yet (I had been normal or thin before this)! But, if you can take it- it does help! :)

That's for sure! Had new cervical mri done last Friday, and going in for another corticosteroid shot in my neck next Thursday. Scared to do any more than that. Don't want to lose my other hip to avascular necrosis from cortisone use ! Had right one replaced this last autumn. Ugh!
