I was diagnosed in September by my primary care physician, it's finally time for my appointment on Friday! I have noted my symptoms extensively. I have researched so much since diagnosis, I am not even sure what to ask anymore...
I am very very very hesitant to begin medication so I already have questions about that written down, any other suggestions are appreciated!

Well I think everyone covered everything my only advice is maybe take someone with you an extra pair of ears could never hurt plus they can help you remember something if you forget it. Almost forgot bring something. to write on because it'll be hard to remember everything he/she tells you. Good luck let us know how it all goes. I know you got this. Patty
I understand the feeling. Write down your questions also, cause you might forget them when he tels you smth you didn't expect to hear. You can check ypur updates at this site to re-ask your questions to the doc.
Ask about the meds that he ll prescribe. Ask about complementary things you can take. Ask for things that are allowd to eat, do, about the mood, what does he/she recomends in general. Ask things you think you know, so you can check both your knowledge and his/her interest.
Docs know much more than they say and some talk more if they see you really want to know.
I hope for the best, and i ll wait for the feedback!
You may find that he/she will want to examine blood work first, so be prepared for that. As we are all different and present with symptoms others do not have, it is quite a personal journey you are on, patience is needed. If medication will stop joint deformity, don't you think it may be worth taking some? Good luck to you for your appointment, I hope all goes well, and that you will tell us about it. Vera
Good luck on your appointment. When then dr is talking if you don’t understand just ask him or her to explain. I feel it’s so important that the dr takes the time to explain thing to you. It’s so important to feel comfortable with the dr as you will be seeing them often. Can’t wait to hear how it went.
Discuss with your doctor what dietary changes you might need to make. Also what types of exercises are good to maintain joint mobility.
