I started taking it a week ago and although my shoulders, wrist, and fingers feel better, my feet are still killing me. I can barely walk in the mornings.

When I can't stand my foot pain any longer...I go to my Podiatrist. He gives me cortisteroid injections in my feet. I won't lie, these injections are painful. However, a few minutes of pain for a year or so of relief seems worth it.

How much do you take? She gave me 40mg for one week then a taper down for next 3 weeks. Something has me feeling not as drained as usual

With me I get instant relief with Prednisone depending on the mg. I'm a happy person the next day.

High doses of prednisone is the only thing that help major flare ups. For me!
