Does anyone take supplements like Omega3, Turmeric, or Glucosamine? Do you feel any benefits, or find its just another pill to swallow? Any brand recommendations? Im on the fence.

Members shared mixed experiences with supplements like turmeric, omega-3, and glucosamine for managing rheumatoid arthritis symptoms, with some reporting reduced pain and better sleep while others found no noticeable difference. Several members emphasized that supplements worked best alongside prescribed medications rather than as replacements, and many recommended turmeric and fish oil as their top choices, though one member cautioned about checking with doctors first due to potential interactions with blood thinners. A recurring theme was the importance of experimenting to find what works for your individual body, with members sharing specific product recommendations including combined turmeric-ginger pills, Ayur365 Guggul capsules, and APEAZ topical cream available at Walmart or through the company website.

Turmeric can be helpful but talk to Docs first. It isn't recommended with any blood thinners.

I took turmeric for years but I needed the biologics. My RA is severe. However, turmeric has so many benefits I picked up another bottle and I am going to start taking it in addition to my weekly injections. I travel and work every day so, I figure every natural measurement to keep me moving is a-ok!
