I am new to RA diagnosis but have had muscle spasms for years; however, they have changed since RA. Hard to describe, but they are tiny little flashes of spasms in both feet, torso and back. Also have trigger hand, primarily left but sometimes right -- last week I had both hands plus one foot got in on the fun. I've also begun frequent toe cramps. Best treatment I've found (I'm not on RA meds yet) are cheap yellow mustard like you'd put on a hot dog -- usually my cramps are all done within eight minutes. So I keep packets of mustard in the car. One or two teaspoons will do the trick.
Yessssss I do.
I've had 2 carpal tunnel surgeries in both wrists & trigger finger releases in both hands since my RA diagnosis. I've been experiencing muscle cramps in my left calf so I've been using THERAWORX for it & it works.
It's due to RA. It goes away once you get it under control
In the past year I had a problem with my wrist locking up and then my ring finger doing that, all on my right side. I would have to kind of snap things back into place. Since I began taking a human growth hormone from a mixtures pharmacy and also MSM, this no longer happens.
