I would hate to guess and be wrong. I always say with chest pain to go to ER.

However, could be rib pain...which I get a lot, inflammation of the chest bone called Costochondritis.
Just could be so many things. If you have nausea or shortness of breath, pain radiating to your jaw or down the arm or clammy skin...go in immediately.
