I don't have burning but at times my finger tips tingle or are numb.

Gabapentan got rid of the sparks going off in my head from a occipital headache. It seems I slept funny and the muscles let the occipital bone move and it was pressing on nerves causing the sparks. I hope this helps.

Ok, so I went to my pain management dr. and we're going to try Cymbalta. I've been trying to avoid antidepressants but honestly I'm at my breaking point with this burning/ pins and needles pain. I started 3 days ago and the burning is still there but it seems my stress level has come down. It's still way too soon to decide if I'll continue Cymbalta but I'm not ready to give it up. Gosh, I hate dealing with all this autoimmune stuff.
