I know someone who takes it because of pancreatic cancer and swears by it and also someone who takes it for osteoarthritis and also believes it works I say give it a try

how much and how often?

I take the oil and it works. Several of my co-workers are taking it now and are moving better as well.

how do you take it? is it a pill?
