@A myRAteam Member I like to fast from dinner to dinner. Make sure you’re hydrated and be kind to your stomach when you eat your meal after the fast. I always go for bone broth and some MCT oil.

@A myRAteam Member it’s more trying finding out what foods hurt you. I found cutting dairy and gluten made a big difference and also soy really makes me flare. I’ve cut dairy, gluten, soy, sugar, grains and oil except for coconut and avocado oil.

Cliff Paddison advised the fasting but I realised it myself as I had to have a colonoscopy earlier this year. Needless to say, I had to have a very empty bowel before procedure, I had no pain for four days after. Good luck. I am still on meds tho but have very slowly reduced the Methotrexate and Plaquenil, no steroids for past eight months and no analgesia either

Plant based diet as much as possible, no dairy or sugar. Cucumber and celery smoothies . I read Doc MC Dougal and Cliff Paddison diets. I havent signed up to either but get very useful emails from both on a weekly basis. Cliff suffers from RA , 20plus years, Anything is worth a try, one fit doesn't fit all. If I have a really bad day, I fast the following day
