I had to stop working 2 yrs ago. Still fighting with disability. My husband doesnt understand, and half the time i dont think he cares. I know my stress doesn't help. I feel like im in a ficious circle. My pain meds arent working. My depression and anxiety suck and losing my mom in june didnt help. She was my rock. Feeling lost and alone

Change doctors ASAP. I had the same problem and I made the decision to switch doctors and found relief. Change your diet...no processed foods, red meat only once per week max, lots of green veggies and exercise no matter how bad you'd rather not. Most importantly realize that you will never feel perfect again and let that go. Once I accepted this I started feeling so much better and rather than mourn what I couldn't do I was thankful for what I could do.

Cannabis oil works for me. Regular meds didn’t work at all for me and made me very sick. Since I have used the cannabis oil it has totally changed my life. I am back to normal now and feel great. I also keep to a strict diet which helps. Before Cannabis oil I could barely move. It would take me sometimes 10 to 15 min to stand within 2 days I could run up and down the stairs.

Have u tried CBD lotion or tincture etc. they even make coffee with CBD in it. It doesn’t have THC in it so it’s legal in all states. I have used lotion, tincture, some edibles. My mom drinks the coffee to help with her glaucoma. I like the lotion for my hands. Look up a dispensary in ur town and go talk to them. It might help you ma’am.

I found myself at the specialist's office with no other options and RA getting worse. By chance I found The Paddison Program (someone else here mentioned it) and I highly recommend it. I learned that eating a whole food plant based diet decreased my inflammation and pain and I was able to even decrease some of my medications. I wish i had known about this diet 17yrs ago when i didn't have any deformities on my hands, spinal fractures, rotator cuff tears, and a knee which is about to go I believe. My outcome would've been a lot different. Now I'm also free of salt oil and sugar on top of a whole food plant based diet. It has been known to help with depression. I hope this helps and that you find relief.

Try not to give up hope. Take warm showers, on swelling use ice packs, try to move as much as u can stand it and watch things on TV that make you laugh. Laughter releases a lot of good endorphins. I find it helps me. Antidepressants make me feel worse. I take HEMP tablets - its helped some. CBD oil is OK - Tincture taste so awful and did nothing for me. - if its legal with TCH in your state get that - the kind you can vape is good. I wish I could legally get that here because I have tried it elsewhere and for the first time in many years slept like a baby. Being able to sleep just makes you feel better period. Good luck - I hope you find the right combo and feel better soon.
