I will be having R knee total replacement on 10/23/18 and wondering how others with RA have done with this.

Hi, I had my left knee done in July and doing quite well. Going to be having the right one done soon...waiting on a date. I wish you the best of luck with your surgery and recovery. Listen to your Dr and do your therapy... many hugs to you. Keep us posted on your progress after surgery.๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ’ž

I had a partial done 2 years in October and did great. Had to stop my meds for a week but other then that all went well. Push through the therapy they place you on some days was harder then other but had nothing to do to RA just the healing and getting all the range I motion and strength back.

I have had two on the right knee. The first they put a straight joint in a bent leg. I had a revision and afterwards it was great. The surgeon who did the second was so impressed with my recovery as it was such a mess when he went in.xxx
