Feet and ankles swelling is where I started my RA 30 some years ago ,but you may be retaining water watch your salt intake and have your Dr look at it .

Mine is RA related. feet are swollen have nodules on the bottoms of my feet, some days walking is so difficult.

Can be, but i also had swollen feet from one of my blood pressure drugs. I think it was amylodipine

Yes my feet are the main problem. The 3 toes in the middle swell up like sausages. The joints on top hurt and the toe next to the big toe is curving into it. I keep scrunching them and flexing them up and down. It stinks. They are always swollen

Yes! Pain/swelling of feet is one of the possible symptoms of early RA. It took a few months of trial with other meds before my rheumy put me on methotrexate. It worked for me literally overnight! and my pain/swelling never came back. I have had to add another DMARD (sulfasalazine) to the mtx, but I'm still basically pain-free in my feet, with no more swelling.
