Turmeric and ginger are great for inflammation. I take a turmeric capsule 3 times a day, my Rheumalogist told me to do so.

I started with 1/2 dropper, and that is usually good. If not then do more

Thanks, I do do that as I am in Colorado and have a medical card but this would be great if it works and cheap! May not but going to give it a try, never know. I know I do not want to be on these nasty drugs for long so natural is way to go and feeling much better not eating gluten and dairy.

According to the Journal of Immunology they say drinking baking soda once a day seems to help with autoimmune diseases from what they tested. May be worth a shot and I think I can handle a glass of baking soda a day for 2 wks. and see if any difference.

Yes, I do that too and fish oil. If I am in pain or can't sleep I take cbd oil and it helps with sleep. I feel pretty good and have for past few days which is great. Have a good nite
