MSM is ingredient found and products like Osteo Bi-Flex. I've never taken MSM on its own but always in a product that has Glucosamine conjointin in it. The MSM products work I believe but I found this move free which has a proprietary formula called uniflex that is similar which I believe works better. These products build up joint health because it helps build up the fluid that lines the joints. So it does combat arthritic joint degeneration caused by rubbing of the bone on bone. The best way to know if it helps us to try it I recommend that move free formula cuz I've tried most of them and that has work the best for me. It helps decrease pain because the synovial fluid it helps create cushions the joints making the bones less likely to rub each other which hurts. I don't give up my other medicines but I know this helps because when I stop taking it my joints hurt more. Strength training also builds up synovial fluid so that also helps.

Yes I feel Tumeric helps me decreasing inflammation not sure if it helps create joint fluid like MSM or other products made for joint health.

I'm sorry, but did it help the pain and inflammation? It may do that to me also as I already am having issues with that

I use a product that I believe works better than MSM. Although they make a formula with MSM. It is called Move Free. I believe it takes an a edge off of joint pain by lubricating my joints. I've tried formulas with MSM and I believe this works better.
